• Refund window: 14 days from purchase.
• Eligibility: refund is available if less than 20% of the course is completed (where completion tracking is available).
• Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting support.

We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback misuse, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access.

• No scraping, automated extraction, or bulk downloading of content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toy Restoration Courses and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course or subscription giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or engaged in fraudulent activity.

You may stop using the site at any time. Certain provisions (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) survive termination.
